Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3-5 days.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use the link provided to monitor your shipment or alternatively you can track with your order number on the "Track Order" page in the store menu.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Instant EFT's, Scan to Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety through Payfast.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We offer a full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged within 7 days of delivery. Please send us photo or video evidence of the damage for approval.

I received the wrong item or something is missing. What should I do?
